The 1.2-liter 3-cylinder Nissan HR12DE engine (or HR12 for short) has been produced by the concern since 2010 and is installed on such popular company models as the Micra, Serena, Note and Datsun Go +. This engine is also used as part of the e‑Power sequential hybrid powertrain.

The GA16DE engine is a four-stroke, four-cylinder, in-line vertical arrangement of cylinders, with multipoint fuel injection. The most common units of the GA series are, of course, 1.5-liter GA15DS and GA15DE. The 2.0-liter Dodge ECE or 2.0 CRD diesel engine was produced from 2006 to 2011 and was installed on European versions of such popular models as Compass, Caliber or Journey. This motor was one of the variants of the Volkswagen 2.0 TDI diesel, which is known as BWD.
