Engine Mazda SkyActiv-G 1.5

The Mazda SkyActiv 1.5 engine is a relatively new engine from the Skyactive series, which replaced the MZR in general, and the 1.5 liter, in particular, replaces the outdated 1.6 Z6. SkyActiv 1.5L is presented in two versions, with a compression ratio of 13 and a power of 100 hp and with a compression ratio of 14 and a power of 120 hp. In both versions, the engine has direct fuel injection and a variable valve timing system on the intake and outlet shafts Dual S-VT. This is an engine with a lightweight SHPG, pistons with a special shape for maximum optimization of the combustion process and reducing the possibility of detonation. Engine Mazda SkyActiv-G 2.0

The Mazda SkyActiv-G 2.0 engine is designed for installation on Mazda 3, Mazda 6 and Mazda CX-5 cars. The engine has been produced since 2011. The engine was intended to replace the 2.0-liter Ford engine (index MZR LF). The SkyActiv 2.0 engine has the same range of innovative technologies as the SkyActiv 1.5 engine. There is a system of variable valve timing Dual S-VT on two camshafts, an outlet manifold that provides the effect of dynamic purging of outlet gases in the combustion chambers due to the optimal length and configuration 4-2-1. Engine Mazda SkyActiv-G 2.5

The Mazda SkyActive 2.5 engine is installed on Mazda 6 and Mazda CX-5 cars. The engine appeared along with the two-liter version of SkyActive 2.0. The engine replaced the old Ford MZR L-series motors of 2.3 and 2.5 liters. Like all engines in this series, the motor is very modern. High Compression ratio 14:1, Dual S-VT phase change system, 4-2-1 outlet manifold (spider), direct fuel injection, specially shaped pistons that ensure optimal fuel combustion throughout the entire stroke, hydraulic lifters. Engine Mazda 3 MZR Z6

The Mazda 3 (MZR Z6) engine is assembled according to the classical scheme with an in-line arrangement of 4 cylinders. It is a further development of the B6D powertrain, which was manufactured at the Hiroshima Plant. Now this plant produces all engines for the Mazda 3 car. The cylinder block of the MZR Z6 engine is made of durable aluminum alloy. The timing is driven by a lamellar steel chain, which does not need to be replaced for a long time (mileage of at least 250 thousand km). It is stretched using an automatic tensioner.
