Toyota HiAce is a Japanese commercial vehicle from Toyota Motor Corporation. It began to be produced in 1967. The car is manufactured in two main body modifications – a 12-seater minibus and a 2-seater pickup truck. Minivans, vans, taxis and ambulances are also known. Since 2004, the fifth generation of the model has been produced in the Philippines. The car is also assembled in China, Malaysia, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan.

Engine Toyota 2TR
Domestic motorists know the 2TR-FE engine mainly from the Toyota Prado SUV, under the hood of which it has been installed since 2006. On some other models, for example on the Hilux, the engine has been installed since 2004. The 2TR engine became a development of the 1TR engine, only the engine was spoiled well – they added a second chain and a bunch of unnecessary parts to distribute it on commercial vehicles (trucks and taxis).
