BMW X5

The BMW X5 is a German mid-range luxury car manufactured by BMW AG since 1999. In 2013, the 3rd generation of the model was released. Traditionally, cars were made in South Carolina, USA and Mexico. Since 2009, the car has also been assembled in the Russian city of Kaliningrad at the Avtotor plant, and since 2015 – at the manufacturer’s own production facility in Chennai, India. The 1st generation car was developed using Land Rover technologies, and since 2006 it has been produced in the new E70 body.

The 4-cylinder N20B20 turbo engine began to be installed on BMW cars in 2011. The engine replaced the N53B25 and N53B30 units.
