Nissan Qashqai

The Nissan Qashqai is a Japanese compact crossover vehicle manufactured by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Produced since 2006. Since 2014, the 2nd generation of the model has been produced. The car is manufactured in the UK, Canada, China, Iran and Russia. The name of the model was given in honor of the Turkic tribes “Qashqays” living in the south of modern Iran. In the domestic Japanese market and in Australia, the car has a different designation – Nissan Dualis.

The 1.5-liter Renault K9K or 1.5 dCi diesel engine has been produced by the concern since 2001 and is installed on a huge number of company models under the Renault, Nissan or Dacia brands. The same motor can be found under the hood of front-wheel drive Mercedes called OM607 and OM608.

The 1.6-liter diesel engine Renault-Nissan R9M or 1.6 dCi has been produced since 2011 and is installed on models such as Megane, Scenic, Espace, Koleos, as well as Qashqai and X-trail. On Mercedes cars, this diesel engine is known under its own indices OM622 and OM626.

Engine Renault R9N

The 1.7-liter diesel engine Renault-Nissan R9N or 1.7 dCi has been produced since 2018 and is installed on such popular models as Megane, Scenic, Talisman, Qashqai and X-trail. There are two diesel versions: dCi 120 and dCi 150 with 120 hp / 300 Nm and 150 hp / 340 Nm.

The 2.0-liter Nissan-Renault M9R or 2.0 dCi diesel engine has been produced since 2005 and is installed on such popular models as Espace, Koleos, Talisman, as well as Qashqai and X-trail. There are two generations of diesel, which can be distinguished by their volume of 1995 cm³ and 1997 cm³.
