Chevrolet Cruze

Chevrolet Cruze is a mid-size car and a global project of the US corporation General Motors. The first generation of the J300, produced since 2008, is produced in three five-seat body versions – a 4-door sedan, and a 5-door station wagon and hatchback. The production of the second generation Cruze J400 (hatchback and sedan) began in 2015. Initially, the Cruze, produced from 2001 to 2008, was a compact crossover for the Asian region. In Russia, the Chevrolet Cruze was manufactured at the plant in St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad.

Engine GM LUV

Engine Opel A14NET/NEL

1.4-liter Opel A14NET or LUJ engine has been assembled since 2009 at the Wien-Aspern plant and is installed in a number of popular models of the company, such as Astra, Meriva, Mokka and Zafira. Now such units are gradually being replaced by modern Euro 6 engines of the new B-series.

Engine Chevrolet Z20D1

The 2.0-liter Chevrolet Z20D1 or LNP diesel engine was produced from 2010 to 2015 and was installed on many popular concern models, such as the Cruze, Orlando and Malibu. There was a modification of this power unit derated to 131 hp and 315 Nm.

Engine Chevrolet Z20S

The 2.0-liter Chevrolet Z20S or Z20DMH or LLW engine was produced from 2006 to 2011 and was installed on many popular models of the company, such as Captiva, Epica or Cruze. This power unit is essentially a VM Motori RA 420 SOHC 16V diesel engine.

The 1.6-liter Chevrolet F16D3 or LXT engine was assembled in South Korea from 2004 to 2013 and installed on a number of mass models of the concern, such as Aveo, Lacetti and Cruze. This power unit was essentially an upgraded version of the Daewoo A16DMS engine.
