Engine Toyota 1GR

Toyota GR series engines are V6 gasoline engines manufactured by Toyota. The GR series engines consist of a die-cast aluminum engine block with an aluminum cylinder head with two camshafts. Structurally, the angle between the pistons is 60 degrees. Injection engine with 4 valves per cylinder, forged connecting rods, one-piece cast camshaft and cast aluminum intake manifold. Engine Toyota 2UZ

The 2UZ engine was intended for heavy, off-road cars, pickups, and with this there are some changes and improvements that distinguish this engine from the 1UZ-FE. First of all, the engine has increased in volume due to the increase in the cylinder bore and piston stroke. Peak torque occurs at medium revs. The cylinder block is made of cast iron, not aluminum.
