Disadvantages of the Audi CDUC engine
- The sophisticated CR Bosch system with piezo injectors does not tolerate bad fuel;
- Next in popularity are frequent problems with the particulate filter and the EGR valve;
- There are suspiciously many complaints about oil or coolant leaks on specialized forums;
- Sometimes there is a breakdown of the electronic drive of the turbine bypass valve;
- By runs of 200 – 250 thousand km, they often stretch out and require replacement of the timing chain.
