Nissan Murano

The Nissan Murano is a mid-size Japanese SUV from Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Manufactured since 2002. The model has two body versions – a 5-seater SUV and a convertible. The name of the car “Murano” is borrowed from the Italian island of the same name. The car was originally manufactured for the North American market. The base platform is the Nissan FF-L. The first generation of the model was replaced in 2007 by the increasingly popular Nissan Rogue. However, by the end of 2007, the 2nd generation Murano was released, the external features of which were borrowed from the Rogue.

Engine Nissan YD25

The 2.5-liter diesel engine Nissan YD25DDTi or YD25 has been produced since 1998 and is installed on the most popular minibuses, pickups and SUVs of the company. This motor replaced the CD20 and TD25 on some cars. The cylinder block here is an in-line 4-cylinder, cast iron, with a cylinder diameter of 89 mm.

Engine Nissan VQ35DE

The VQ35 engine is considered one of the most massive engines from Nissan. This engine has won “Best Engine of the Year” many times. VQ35 replaced the VQ30DE unit, which belonged to the first generation of VQ motors.

Engine Nissan QR25DER

The 2.5-liter Nissan QR25DER engine was produced by the Japanese concern from 2013 to 2017 and was installed on hybrid versions of such models as the Pathfinder, Murano and Infiniti QX60. This motor stands out for its Atkinson economy cycle operation and Roots type compressor.

Engine Nissan QR25DE

The 2.5-liter Nissan QR25DE engine (or QR25 for short) has been assembled at factories in Japan and the USA since 2000 and is installed on such popular concern models as the Altima, Caravan, Frontier and X-Trail. The engine was seriously upgraded in 2007, so some distinguish its two generations.
