Skoda Felicia is a Czech car of the subcompact class of the manufacturer Škoda Auto a.s. Years of production – 1994-2001. Felicia is the first model of the enterprise since its joining the Volkswagen Group. Thanks to this, it was possible to significantly increase safety and comfort in driving, which raised the manufacturer’s rating in the European market. The model has three body modifications – station wagon, van and pickup. In total, about 1.5 million cars were sold.
The 1.6-liter Volkswagen AEE engine was assembled at the concern’s factory from 1995 to 2000 and installed on such popular company models as Golf 3, Vento, Caddy 2 and Polo 3. This unit is known to many by the first generation of Skoda Octavia.
The concern assembled the 1.9-liter diesel engine Volkswagen 1Y 1.9 D from 1989 to 2003 and installed it on almost all of its most popular models of the 90s of the last century. This atmospheric diesel engine had a rather large resource.
