Nissan Caravan

The Nissan Caravan is a Japanese van class vehicle from the manufacturer Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Manufactured since 1973. Between 1976 and 1997, a slightly modified version of the model called the Nissan Homy was produced. In addition, outside of Japan, the car was sold as the Nissan Urvan and Nissan King Van. Since 2012, the 6th generation of the model has been produced at factories in Japan. NV350 is equipped with a new diesel engine. The car was also produced in the Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.

The 3.0-liter Nissan ZD30DD diesel engine was produced from 1999 to 2012 in Japan and was installed on an extensive family of Caravan minivans, including Homi and Elgrand modifications.

The 2.7-liter Nissan TD27ETi diesel engine was produced by the company from 1995 to 2001 and was installed on the popular Pathfinder and Terrano SUVs, as well as the Caravan minibus. The power unit stands out in its family by the presence of an electronically controlled high pressure fuel pump.

The 2.3-liter Nissan TD23 diesel engine was assembled for a very short time from 1985 to 1995 and was installed on commercial vehicles, Caravan minibuses and D21 pickups. This power unit is the least common in a series of motors under the TD index.

The 3.2-liter Nissan QD32 diesel engine was produced from 1995 to 2007 and was installed on commercial vehicles, it is also known for the Caravan minibus and D22 pickups. In total, there were five versions of the motor: QD321, QD322, QD323, QD324 and QD325, respectively.

The 2.0-liter Nissan QR20DE engine (or QR20 for short) was assembled at a Japanese plant from 2000 to 2012 and installed in a number of mid-size models of the concern, such as Primera, Serena or X-trail.

The 2.0-liter Nissan KA20DE engine (or KA20 for short) was assembled from 1999 to 2009 and is most often found under the hood of the Atlas truck, but is better known for the extensive series of Caravan minibuses. Another power unit was installed on pickup trucks of the Japanese concern.
