Lexus ES

The Lexus ES is a Japanese business sedan car produced by Lexus Division since 1989. The 6th generation of the model began to be produced in 2012, and in 2015 its updated version appeared. The first five generations of cars are based on Toyota Camry platform, 6th – on Toyota Avalon. The abbreviation in the name of the car comes from the phrase literally translated as “executive sedan”. In the domestic market, the car is known under the name Toyota Windom. Cars are assembled in Japan, sold in the USA, Europe and Russia.

Engine Toyota A25A-FKS

The 2.5-liter Toyota A25A-FKS or 2.5 D-4S engine has been produced by the concern only since 2017 and is installed on such popular models as Camry, RAV4 and Lexus ES250. There is a version of this power unit for bioethanol operation under the symbol A25A-FKB.

Engine Toyota A25A-FXS

The 2.5-liter Toyota A25A-FXS hybrid engine has been produced by the company only since 2017 and is installed on models such as the Avalon, Camry, RAV4, Highlander, as well as the Lexus NX350h and RX350h. In the Chinese market, their versions are offered under the indices A25B-FXS, A25D-FXS and A25F-FXS.

Engine Toyota 6AR-FSE

The 2.0-liter Toyota 6AR-FSE engine has been produced since 2014 at the Chinese plant of the concern and is installed only on front-wheel drive sedans. This motor can operate both on the Otto and Atkinson cycles, is equipped with a combined D4-S injection system and a VVT-iW phase regulator.

The 2.5-liter Toyota 2AR-FXE engine has been assembled since 2011 at enterprises in Japan and the USA and put on hybrid versions of the concern’s popular models, including those under the Lexus brand. The unit is very economical, as it works on the Atkinson cycle and is equipped with a Dual VVT-i system.

Engine Toyota 2GR-FE

The 3.5-liter V6 Toyota 2GR-FE engine has been assembled at factories in the USA and Japan since 2004 and is installed in front and all-wheel drive vehicles with a transverse engine. This unit is known for such models as Camry, Avalon, Sienna, Venza and Lexus models.

Engine Toyota 2GR-FKS

The 3.5-liter V6 Toyota 2GR-FKS engine has been produced by the Japanese concern since 2015 and is installed on such models as Camry, Sienna and Highlander, as well as Lexus RX350, ES350 and IS350. This engine features D-4S combined fuel injection and Atkinson cycle operation.

Engine Toyota M20A-FKS

The 2.0-liter Toyota M20A-FKS engine has been produced by the Japanese concern only since 2018 and is installed on such popular models as Camry, Corolla or RAV4. This unit and its Chinese versions M20C-FKS and M20D-FKS belong to the Dynamic Force line.

Engine Toyota 1MZ-FE

The 3.0-liter Toyota 1MZ-FE engine was produced from 1993 to 2008 at the company’s plants in Japan and the USA and was installed on numerous models of the Japanese concern for all markets. Usually, two versions of the power unit are distinguished: with and without a VVT-i phase regulator at the intake.

Engine Toyota 3MZ-FE

The 3.3-liter Toyota 3MZ-FE engine was produced from 2002 to 2015 at factories in Japan and the USA and was installed on many models of the concern. The motor was equipped with a VVT-i phase regulator on the intake shaft, a variable length manifold and an ETCS-i electronic throttle.

Engine Toyota 2VZ-FE

The 2.5-liter Toyota 2VZ-FE engine was assembled from 1988 to 1991 at the concern’s American plant and was installed only on the popular Camry Prominent sedans and its analogue Lexus ES 250. Constant problems with overheating forced the manufacturer to soon withdraw it from production.

Engine Toyota 3VZ-FE

The 3.0-liter Toyota 3VZ-FE engine was assembled from 1991 to 1996 at the concern’s American plant and was installed only on the popular Camry sedan and its counterparts: Windom and Lexus ES 300.
