In 1994, the 3VZ engine was replaced by the new 1MZ engine. This engine was produced until 2007, until it was gradually replaced by the new 3MZ-FE engine. 1MZ was a V-shaped six-cylinder power plant with an aluminum alloy block and cylinder head. Lexus ES
The Lexus ES is a Japanese business sedan car produced by Lexus Division since 1989. The 6th generation of the model began to be produced in 2012, and in 2015 its updated version appeared. The first five generations of cars are based on Toyota Camry platform, 6th – on Toyota Avalon. The abbreviation in the name of the car comes from the phrase literally translated as “executive sedan”. Engine Toyota 3VZ-FE
The 3VZ-FE engine has been installed in Toyota vehicles since 1993. It is a 2-shaft overhead valve engine. The camshaft drive is from the chain. There are 2 intake and outlet valves per cylinder. The left camshaft in the direction of the vehicle controls the intake valves, and the right camshaft controls the outlet valves. All 3VZ engines are equipped with an electronic fuel injection system.
