Lotus Elise

The Lotus Elise is an English sports car produced since 1996 by Lotus Cars Limited. In 2011, the 3rd series / generation of the model was launched. The name of the car – Elise – is the name of the granddaughter of Romano Artioli, the chairman of the car company at the time of launching the car production. The design feature of the machine is that its frame is made of an extruded aluminum alloy profile with plastic panels. The car is capable of accelerating to a speed of 240 km / h.

Engine Toyota 1ZR-FAE

The 1.6-liter Toyota 1ZR-FAE engine has been produced since 2009 at enterprises in China and the USA for front-wheel drive Auris models. The motor is simultaneously equipped with two valvematic and Dual VVT-i gas distribution systems. The ethanol version has a separate index 1ZR-FBE.

The 1.8-liter Toyota 1ZZ-FE engine was produced at a Canadian plant from 1997 to 2009 and was installed on such popular Japanese company models as Corolla, Matrix and Avensis. There is a version of the power unit for ethanol for the Brazilian market with the index 1ZZ-FBE.

Engine Toyota 2ZZ-GE

The 1.8-liter Toyota 2ZZ-GE engine was produced from 1999 to 2011 at the Japanese plant for both sports versions of popular civilian models and Lotus brand sports cars. The motor was created together with Yamaha engineers and equipped with a VVTL-i phase control system.
