Disadvantages of the Hyundai G4KP engine
- This turbo engine has just appeared and it is too early to talk about its reliability;
- The problem of coking inlet valves is solved by the presence of combined injection;
- Powerful turbocharged powertrains pull timing chains very quickly;
- This is a very hot engine and you need to monitor the condition of its cooling system;
- And variable displacement oil pump units do not add reliability.
