The 2.0-liter Great Wall GW4D20T diesel engine has been produced by the concern since 2017 and is installed on a restyled modification of the popular Haval H9 SUV. Such a power unit is essentially a seriously upgraded version of the GW4D20 diesel engine.

Disadvantages of the Great Wall GW4D20T engine
- At the moment, the engine has proven itself well and rarely worries owners;
- Delphi fuel equipment does not tolerate bad fuel and it is better not to save on it;
- In the service station, the weak points of this motor include a booster pump and nozzles;
- There are complaints about contamination of the intake manifold, EGR valve and diesel particulate filter.
