The 2.0-liter Geely JLH-4G20TD turbo engine has been produced at the Chinese plant since 2018 and is installed on the popular Preface sedan, Xingyue S crossover and many Lynk & Co. models. This power unit is essentially a modification of the famous Volvo B4204T19 engine.

Disadvantages of the Geely JLH-4G20TD engine
- No serious complaints about this engine were found on specialized forums;
- Like all direct injection units, it is prone to carbon deposits on the valves;
- Some owners note fogging in the crankcase ventilation and leaks in the crankshaft seals;
- It is also important to monitor the condition of the timing belt, since if it breaks, the valves bend.
