Volkswagen Jetta/Bora/Vento

The Volkswagen Jetta (Bora / Vento) is a German compact car manufactured by Volkswagen Konzern since 1979. Since 2010, the 6th generation of the model has been released. In fact, the car is an adapted version of Golf hatchback. Jetta is the name of one of the jet air currents passing through the atmosphere over the Atlantic. In different countries, outside the European market, the car was produced mainly under the names Vento and Bora.

Engine Volkswagen AEY

The 1.9-liter naturally aspirated diesel engine VW AEY 1.9 SDI was assembled from 1995 to 2000 and was installed on economical versions of popular models of the company such as Caddy, Polo, Golf. This motor was distinguished by modest power, but low fuel consumption and high reliability.

The 1.9-liter 8-valve VW BXE 1.9 TDI diesel engine was assembled from 2006 to 2010 and was installed on many concern models manufactured under the Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda brands. It was these diesel engines that were marked by a batch of defective liners that wore out quickly.

The 1.9-liter Volkswagen BLS 1.9 TDI diesel engine was produced from 2005 to 2010 and was installed on many models of the German concern VAG, but is best known for the Passat B6. This diesel engine differed from analogues of the BKC and BXE types primarily in the presence of a particulate filter.

The 2.0-liter 8-valve Volkswagen BMM 2.0 TDI engine was produced from 2004 to 2010 and was installed on many models of the concern with a transverse power unit. This diesel engine is known for its whimsical piezoelectric unit injectors.

Engine Volkswagen BKD

The 2.0-liter Volkswagen BKD 2.0 TDI diesel engine was produced from 2003 to 2011 and was installed on a number of models of the German company with a transverse power unit. Such a diesel engine did not have balance shafts and avoided problems with the hexagon of the oil pump.

Engine Volkswagen CAYC

The 1.6-liter Volkswagen CAYC 1.6 TDI diesel engine was produced from 2009 to 2015 and was installed on such popular concern models as the Golf 6, Passat B7 and the fifth Polo. This power unit is very common in Europe.

Engine Volkswagen CLCA

The 2.0-liter VW CLCA engine was produced at the enterprises of the concern from 2009 to 2018 and was installed on such popular models as Golf, Jetta, Touran, as well as Skoda Octavia and Yeti. This is the simplest diesel version in this series without swirl flaps and balancer shafts.
