Dodge Ram 50

The Dodge Ram 50 is a pickup truck manufactured by Chrysler between 1979 and 1993. The car was created with the joint participation of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation. In total, 2 generations of the model were released. The 2nd generation of the model has been produced since 1987. In Germany, the pickup was sold under the name Power Ram 50. The name of the model is deciphered as follows: Ram – a branch of the pickup company, the number “50” corresponds to the nomenclature in force until 1994 in the designation of the carrying capacity of a car.

The Mitsubishi 6G72 3.0-liter V6 engine was produced at the Kyoto plant and, in addition to the models of the Japanese concern, was installed on Dodge and Chrysler, and also on Hyundai as the G6AT. This power unit exists in five different versions, including turbocharged.
