Dodge Colt

The Dodge Colt is a mid-range car manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors and marketed under the Dodge brand. Years of production 1971-1994. From 1971 to 1979, the car was produced on the basis of the Galant and Lancer models, had a rear drive and belonged to the compact class. Since 1979, cars have been manufactured on the basis of Mitsubishi Mirage with front-wheel drive in the subcompact class. The assembly took place in Japan. In total, 7 generations of the model were released.

Engine Mitsubishi 4G61

The 1.6-liter Mitsubishi 4G61 gasoline engine was assembled by the concern from 1987 to 1995 and, in addition to its own models, such as Lancer or Colt, was installed on Hyundai and Dodge cars. This power unit is the only one in its family that does not have balance shafts.

Engine Mitsubishi 4G64

2.4-liter Mitsubishi 4G64 (or G64B) gasoline engine has been in production since 1985. It is installed not only on a number of models of the Japanese concern, but also on cars from other manufacturers. This power unit was used for some time by Hyundai under the name G4JS.
