Disadvantages of the Mitsubishi 3B20T engine
- For a tiny turbo engine, this engine is quite reliable, it has no weak points;
- It is very important to monitor the cooling system, it immediately leads the head from overheating;
- Grease often pours into candle wells due to hardened o-rings;
- After 150 thousand kilometers, oil consumption and timing chain stretch are common;
- There are no hydraulic lifters and valve clearances need to be adjusted every 100,000 km.
