The Infiniti Q40 (G) is a Japanese G-series executive compact sedan from Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Years of issue 1990-1996 and 1998-2016 In total, 4 generations of cars were made. The car was originally intended for the North American market. The first two generations of the sedan are based on the Nissan Primera platform, the third one is based on Nissan Skyline, and the 4th is on Nissan FM. The change in the nomenclature of the name occurred in 2013, when all passenger cars were designated with the letter Q.
